“The Mentalist” Quote Needed

What is this quote from the show, The Mentalist?

I believe it’s from the episode “Something’s Rotten In Redwood”. Patrick Jane is helping an acting class at a school (where the teacher and the student are having an affair) and he gives the students an acting exercise. And he tells them to say these two words (I think it’s two) over and over… and they are very difficult to say?
